Our Services
We help frame issues clearly, facilitate the right conversations, and convert insights into pragmatic yet holistic training solutions. We do this across three key areas.
We review your learning platform and tell you what’s actually costing you enrollments and completions — broken checkout paths, courses students can’t finish, progress tracking that doesn’t reflect what they did.
You get a specific list: what’s wrong, why it matters, and what to fix first.
Typical engagement: one to two weeks.
We build and repair WordPress learning platforms, primarily on LifterLMS. Course sequencing and prerequisites, membership-gated access, video completion enforcement for Vimeo and YouTube, evaluation forms, certificates, and the reporting that tells you whether any of it is working.
Most of this work is the kind that looks simple until it isn’t. We’ve spent fourteen years in the part that isn’t.
We design courses that hold up to scrutiny — clear objectives, assessments that measure what they claim to, and structure a learner can actually complete.
For regulated contexts, we work within CME, CE, and CEU requirements, including the documentation and completion evidence accreditation review asks for.

Managing Director
As an education consultant with over 20 years’ experience specializing in instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning solutions. Experienced in delivering and supporting software training for higher education, career technical education, corporations, non-profits, and government agencies for facilitation, instructional design, and virtual training production.
Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Excelsior College in New York and a Master’s in Instructional Design and Technology and an education specialist in Education Technology, both from Walden University of Minneapolis.
